You can order directly from EMS Automotive by calling our customer service desk at (248) 546-0232, we are open Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5PM EST(New York City Time).

If you would like a full line catalog use the order from the site. We do take orders by Fax (248) 546-0228 or you can order online via our authorized online service provider Hot Rods World Wide.

Mail In Orders

By clicking on the “order form” icon below you may print a paper order form to keep track of your wish list.  If you do not wish to use the online system and prefer the security of a mail-in form, ems automotive still accepts orders via the post office or fax.

Call ems customer service at 1-248-546-0232 and we will advise on the latest price and give a firm shipping cost. We pack the boxes as full as we can to save on shipping charges.

Your order can be processed via telephone,  fax or post office which ever you prefer.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and UnionPay or you can send via post office for your order and a certified check or money order. C.O.D is available in the USA cash or money order.

Shipping in the USA

We ship regular ground service via major carriers.

 

Canada

 We will ship directly to your house or shop via UPS Ground Service.

We prefer to give complete answers to application questions, so it is important to have the vehicles information year, make, model, body style and some cases the V.I.N.

How to Order

To order parts you may call us directly or Fax (216) 546-0232. We will fax back a quote with prices for parts and shipping charges, we will wait for your confirmation before we ship.

EMS Automotive will need complete delivery information, name address, home phone, mobile phone, fax, email along with complete vehicle information.

Back Order: EMS Automotive will only charge your card for parts we can ship the same day.

Shipping

EMS Automotive will ship anywhere in the world via major carrier, we have special low cost air express rates and will ship parts directly to your home or shop. EMS Automotive will ship your parts the same day and you should receive them in 4 to 7 days.
